Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted for wrong product delivered, damaged items, or significant deviation from description. Request within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable produce that has been stored improperly after delivery
• Products with signs of use or tampering
• Items returned without original packaging or batch labels

3. Refund Process

Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
